Research Interests
Participation in Northeastern Regional Research Projects since 1965.
 
Applied human nutrition studies with emphasis on nutritional surveillance and improvement of methods to assess nutrient intake 

Community nutrition projects with older adults and youth, involving antioxidant status, overweight, and obesity
